Fullstack Job: Business Analyst (Remote - Lisbon)

We focus on our customer’s needs, delivering through efficiency and utilizing data to improve overall recruiting strategies.

Currently, we are scaling up and have a team of amazing recruiters, sources, and technologists around the world. We have been working with diverse clients such as Wolt, Cargo One, i2x, Leapsome, Solarisbank, etc. to help them build the internal TA team and successfully help them scale up by finding the best talent.

Tasks

As we grow we want to reinforce our data approach, not only for our internal use (recruitment pipelines, HR) but also to add it as a service to our clients as well as working on our own business projections.Therefore we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst that will be proficient with our tech stack (Power BI, Snowflake).

Understanding our industry and business model

• Overall ownership of our data
• Keeping our data clean
• Setting up SQL queries
• Collaborate with our Founder and Leadership team to understand requirements and deliver accordingly
• Collaborate with our developers (No code platform: Bubble)

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with APIs
• Ability to take full ownership of projects
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, DAX, Snowflake, Keboola (Bonus) and data visualization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential
• Ability to clearly communicate data projects to an audience
